Day 3
This is your third day of a new adventure that goes through body, mind & soul. Be gentle to yourself and give yourself time to adapt, learn and proces.

Core

When you hear bout Core , you probably think about your muscles in your belly. And yes that’s absolutely correct. In fact your Core - Muscles are the whole muscle area between your Upper Legs and Belly. When you have strong Core Muscles you will feel more lightness in your movement during the day and you will have less back pain problems or even shoulder pain etc.
It’s the centrum of your body and it’s connected with your third Chakra. Your will - power and some may call it Ego. In spirituality we hear often that you have to low down the power of your ego etc. But in fact you will loose your inner strength. It’s a big challenge to work together with your Ego and make your Ego work for you.
When you deny your Ego, you deny a part of yourself, consider that for a while. It has to do with setting boundaries, protection and get your fire burning. That’s why it’s connected with the Sun.
There’s nothing wrong with your Ego as long as it’s not the driver of your car. That’s a challenge for sure, because how can your set healthy boundaries , create your life, use your will power, get things done in your life, without loosing the deeper contact with your Inner Self.
In fact they are two sides of a coin. As a Human Being it’s a huge challenge to understand this. And not so easy always. Yes we can decide to live our lives from a state of love & joy but reality can put us back to anger, disappointment and despair.
We all have unique experiences and it can be a huge job to combine your emotions , feelings with your daily life.
This is when your Core - Strength comes in. And on a deeper level: Your Core Frequency! What is your frequency you move through life? As you might have noticed that your Core Frequency creates your reality.
Easy said, but again it can be a huge challenge. When we want to have a stronger core, we have to do exercises etc. yoga is a great help for this by the way , because yoga makes your core stronger. When we want to live our life from our Core Frequency we have to do some Inner Work. And invest what your frequency is right now. And be honest with that, as it’s they only way to change it. Not pretending but be it.
From spiritual perspective our natural Core Frequency is living from Joy. Playful, light and connected. You might remember how you could play as a child? Doing the things you LOVE to and forget all about anything. This is your Core Frequency. But slowly we have lost it more and more as we are conditioned and programmed with a totally other frequency. The frequency of comparing and competition. The absolute killers of Joy.
So the job is to come back again to your Core Frequency, that lovely, playful state of Joy. When you start to live from this frequency magic will happen in your life for sure. I have many beautiful experiences about it. But it requires a devotion and commitment with yourself as you will for sure get trapped now and then in the world of your Ego. Wich is all about: fear, disbelief, anxious etc.

How can you start with this?
1: The first step to make is: observing. Observe your thoughts, reactions emotions and be honest that you have. Not fade them away by telling yourself that you are not allowed to have them.
2: The second step to make is to create time for just being. This can be a walk in nature, yoga & meditation or whatever you feel you have to do.
3:The third step is to create other thoughts. That’s also the most difficult part as we are not computers and it might be frustrated. The only way to create new thoughts and a new frequency is to MAKE SPACE for it.
SPACE is FREEDOM. And this also requires Inner Work and it’s a proces. From my own experiences I can tell you that Yoga & Meditation is a great help. Because when you start to allow yourself to let FLOW through you what wants to FLOW through you, your life will change.
By making time for a daily yoga & meditation practice, a walk in nature, work with affirmations, set new intentions and most important: Do more things you LOVE to do, you will start living from your authentic Core Frequency.
